door.pe is a hyperlocal discovery platform that connects users with local businesses, services, and property listings (including rentals and classifieds).
We act solely as a technology platform and intermediary, and do not own, manage, or directly provide the services or properties listed unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- door.pe is not liable for unauthorized access
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in unlawful activities
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
5. Listings and Third-Party Services
- door.pe provides listings of businesses, services, and properties
- We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of listings
- All interactions and transactions are between users and third parties
Door.pe is not responsible for:
- Service delivery or property conditions
- Pricing or negotiations
- Disputes between users and businesses
6. Rentals & Classifieds
door.pe may allow users and businesses to list rental properties, real estate, or other classified listings.
6.1 Role of door.pe
- door.pe is a listing and discovery platform only
- We do not act as broker, agent, or property manager
- We do not guarantee availability, ownership, or accuracy of listings
6.2 User Responsibility
- Verify property details independently
- Conduct due diligence before entering into agreements
- Engage directly with property owners, agents, or managers
6.3 Listing Responsibility
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Have the right to advertise the property
- Ensure listings are not misleading or fraudulent
6.4 No Transaction Liability
door.pe is not involved in:
- Rental agreements or contracts
- Payments between parties
- Property handover or disputes
Any agreement is solely between the concerned parties.
7. Enquiries and Communication
- When you contact a business or property listing your details may be shared with the relevant party
- Communication happens directly between users and businesses
8. User Content
- You grant door.pe rights to use and display submitted content
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content
- We may remove content at our discretion
9. Payments and Fees (If Applicable)
- Listing fees, ads, or subscriptions may apply
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Pricing may be updated at any time
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology belong to door.pe or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
